Position: Sales Team Manager

Compensation Structure:
Salary + Bonuses

Goal: To guide our sales team to achieve our sales targets.

We are looking for an excited, motivated, and experienced Sales Team Manager to join our quickly growing real estate company. Sales Managers will work individually and as a team to promote and support each other and help reach our monthly and quarterly sales goals.

Education/Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of Apartment Locating experience

• Must be a licensed realtor in the State of Texas

• Minimum 1 year of management experience

• High school diploma required

Responsibilities:

• Motivate, train, and adhere to high ethical standards

• Organize weekly meetings and coaching sessions
  

• Be available for our agents in the office or via video call

• Schedule and preview new construction / hard hat tours as a team

• Ensure quality client service from all team members

• Oversee agent activities and efficiency

• Ensure customer service issues are handled with the utmost professionalism

• Train new agents on our systems

• Interviewing new agents

• Onboarding / Offboarding

• Ensure our weekly projects are completed

• Being a local rental market expert

• Being extremely knowledgeable and proficient in apartment locating

Skills Required:

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and goal-oriented

• Self-motivated professional who wants to be part of a fast-paced, growing organization

• Aggressive and competitive nature to drive sales growth

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to form solid professional relationships with clients

• Ability to work independently while producing tangible results

• Be proficient with CRM management

• Strong follow up skills

• Ability to maintain a strong personal drive with a positive attitude to effectively execute the responsibilities of an apartment locator

• Strong knowledge and background of the local apartment rental market
